Order Processing
Our order processing is
currently performed offline. Call, Fax
or e-mail for information regarding your request for products and
services. Full online ordering is
coming soon. We accept personal checks and these major credit cards:

- Orders are typically shipped
within 3 business days. Most orders are shipped the same day. Orders
with custom features (for example customer requested fabric coloration)
will be shipped within negotiated time frame.
- Should you require special or
expedited handling, please contact us by phone 24 hours x 7 days weekly
(203) 258-9464.
- Issue of an Online Order
Acceptance Code does not mean order is confirmed, simply that the order
has been properly entered into our system. An order confirmation is sent
at the time of credit authorization and preparation for shipment.
Pricing and
Payment
- All prices and charges are
stated and executed in US Dollars.
- We strongly urge the use of a
credit card as the payment vehicle to maximize your safety and rights as
a consumer. Personal instruments (checks, negotiable orders of withdrawal,
etc.) and debit cards are gladly
accepted.
- Your bank/credit card will
not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Should we have a
problem authorizing your purchase at the time of shipment we will
contact you by phone, fax, and/or e-mail for clarification or alternate
payment method.
- An order confirmation will be
sent by e-mail or fax at the time credit authorization is procured.
Shipping
Policy
- All shipping prices quoted at
time of sales order are reasonable estimates.
- Actual shipping cost will be
noted on your invoice at time of shipment.
- We will attempt to combine
orders, where and when possible, into single shipments to reduce
overall weight and shipping costs.
- To reflect the policies of
the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the
next full pound.
- The least cost shipping
method available from our partners will be used by default except in
cases where an alternative method is specified by the customer. For
example over night or preferred services.
- An e-mail will be sent at the
time of shipment noting shipment date, tracking code, estimated arrival
date and all final order issues.
Refused
Shipments
- All refused shipments will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping
charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Return Policy
- You may return most items
sold by Little Red Quilt House within 30 days of delivery.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error.

Custom items will not be accepted for return.
·
Returned items must be in originally shipped, immediately resalable
condition. No missing or damaged parts.
- All returns require
authorization from Little Red Quilt House.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Authorized returns will be
subject to a 15% restocking/handling charge.

Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded except as noted above.
- Returns on damaged shipments
require carrier (UPS, Parcel Post, Truck Company, etc..) notification before
calling Little Red Quilt House customer service for return
authorization.
Security
- All credit card related
transactions are executed via SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ) connection
using 128 bit encryption. What this means for the customer is that they
are 10,000 times more likely to have their credit card stolen by a
waiter then over our SSL connection.
Privacy
Policy
- Our privacy is important to
us, so we respect the fact that your privacy is important to you.
Therefore we will NEVER sell or give away your information to anyone. I
know we get enough junk mail as it is, and we are not going to help make
more.
