Under the program, Diners Club members may use their cards at participating merchants for any purchase. “We feel this is an important business alliance,” said Janice Roy, founder of Little Red Quilt House. “MasterCard and Diners Club represent a powerful and globally accepted combination of credit products and services that match perfectly with the needs of our domestic customers, and will facilitate essential access methods for our outreach program to international clients.” Mrs Roy continues, “For Little Red Quilt House this alliance gives all our customers expanded access to our hand dyed fabric product lines, basic and extended quilt finishing services, and commission quilting services in two important ways: 1) Credit line restrictions of typical credit card products have limited our ability to tender our full product and service offering to customers who want them. Diners Club Cards issued in North America with a 16-digit account number and a BIN beginning with "5", and Diners Club Cards issued outside of the U.S.A. with a 14-digit account number and a BIN beginning with "36" can be accepted just like any MasterCard credit transaction.
